After a couple of years of hard core engineering, he transitioned to managing International Trading operations for one of India's largest trading houses. During this stint he got an opportunity to work closely with small and medium businesses in central and North India, while building up a sourcing base for International Trade. Using the small scale vendor base management skill set developed in India, Jaideep built up trading operations for a Singapore based company, developing and managing vendors in Indonesia, Thailand and China
