Each one of us is unique and we have our own individual response to the current situation in the world. While all responses are normal and to be expected, much depends upon how resilient we are, how well we cope in a crisis and what 'tools' we have to support us.
Resilience is our ability to bounce back from adversity. It is not a trait that some people have and others do not. It's a combination of behaviours, thoughts and actions that can be learnt and developed by all of us.
Through this webinar, we aim to provide coaching on resilience and wellbeing to a wide range of individuals and businesses, ultimately creating transformations in mindset, reduction in stress and improved wellbeing.
At this challenging time, we want to offer as many people as possible the chance to develop their resilience. This session will provide you with useful information as well as practical tools and tips that build resilience and enhance wellbeing.
